The Mobile Cabinet-Type Phenotyping System(3D) is a phenotypic measurement and analysis device designed for potted plants. Equipped with visible light 3D imaging units on the top and sides, and integrated with a rotary platform, the system captures phenotypic information of potted plants from multiple angles.

Vertical cabinet unit + 3D imaging control unit + intelligent analysis unit + data management unit

Integrated cabinet with universal casters, allowing flexible movement and placement indoors.

Number of captured images can be customized. Lighting brightness and turntable position are adjustable.

Built-in artificial intelligence algorithms perform 3D modeling based on visible light images.

Supports linking experimental samples with phenotypic analysis by scanning the sample’s QR code.

28+ plant parameters can measure

Morphological Parameters(≥16 in total):

Plant height, stem diameter, crown width, crown height ratio, canopy coverage, number of leaves, and other morphological traits.

Color Parameters(≥8 in total):

R/G/B color components, RHS color comparison, and other color-related parameters .

Overall Parameters(≥4 in total):

Including plant volume, plant surface area, total leaf area, and leaf area index (LAI).

After repeated validation, the system can be applied to the following applications:

Soybean

Tomato

Malabar Spinach

Chilli

Rice

3D Plant Phenotypic Analysis

ased on the constructed high-precision 3D model, the system analyzes factors such as plant volume and surface area

Visualized Growth Monitoring

Enables dynamic and visual recording of the plant growth process, providing analysis of plant growth trends and changes.

Visualization of differences

Applicable for identifying and quantifying morphological and color differences in mutant plants.

Stress response experiments

Suitable for various stress experiments such as heat, cold, salinity, drought, and pest or disease stress, supporting quantitative analysis and resistance evaluation.

Multi-type plant measurement

Supporting phenotypic measurement of multiple plant types, including gramineous, solanaceous, cruciferous, and leguminous species.
