The Mobile Cabinet-Type Phenotyping System (HIPS) is equipped with a hyperspectral imaging unit at the top, combined with an automatic lifting platform to obtain hyperspectral information of plants at the optimal acquisition distance.

Vertical cabinet unit + Hyperspectral imaging control unit + Intelligent analysis unit + Data management unit

Integrated cabinet with universal casters, allowing flexible movement and placement indoors.

Top-view single-shot imaging with adjustable halogen lamp brightness and platform height.

One-click automated acquisition and analysis of hyperspectral images, supporting user-defined formulas

Supports linking experimental samples with phenotypic analysis by scanning the sample’s QR code.

30+ Vegetation indices

Common Vegetation Indices:

Automatically processes spectral data based on hyperspectral acquisition results to calculate NDVI, RVI, GVI, and other indices.

Hyperspectral Imaging Algorithms:

Existing imaging algorithms for rice, wheat, corn, chili, rapeseed, and other crops.

Agro-biological Inversion Models:

Automatically analyzes biological parameters such as leaf nitrogen and chlorophyll content.

After repeated validation, the system can be applied to the following applications:

Sesbania

chilli

corn

Plant Nutrition Analysis

Applicable for analyzing plant nutritional status and screening nutrient-efficient germplasm resources.

Difference Visualization

Suitable for identifying and quantifying differences in mutant growth performance and nutrient utilization.

Multi-Stress Experiments

Applicable for studying plant responses to various stresses such as high temperature, cold, salinity-alkalinity, and drought.

Pest and Disease Analysis

Suitable for plant pest and disease studies by comparing spectral reflectance curves between diseased and healthy leaf areas.
