The Mobile Cabinet-Type Phenotyping System(VL2) is a phenotypic measurement and analysis device designed for potted plants. Equipped with visible light 2D imaging units on the top and sides, and integrated with a rotary platform, the system captures phenotypic information of potted plants from multiple angles.

Vertical cabinet unit + 2D imaging control unit + intelligent analysis unit + data management unit

Integrated cabinet with universal casters, allowing flexible movement and placement indoors.

Number of captured images can be customized. Lighting brightness and turntable position are adjustable.

Built-in artificial intelligence algorithms automatically perform image preprocessing and segmentation analysis.

Supports linking experimental samples with phenotypic analysis by scanning the sample’s QR code.

40+ plant parameters can measure

Morphological Parameters(≥16 in total):

Plant height, canopy length, canopy width, canopy spread, height-to-width ratio, plant compactness, leaf rolling degree, plant eccentricity, and plant roundness.

Color Parameters(≥18 in total):

R/G/B color components, RHS color comparison, and other color-related parameters .

Texture Parameters(≥6 in total):

Smoothness, uniformity, and other texture-related indices.

After repeated validation, the system can be applied to the following applications:

小表型分析界面二维

Multi-trait analysis

Using image preprocessing and feature extraction techniques, the system can analyze multiple plant traits.

Visualization of differences

Applicable for identifying and quantifying morphological and color differences in mutant plants.

Stress response experiments

Suitable for various stress experiments such as heat, cold, salinity, drought, and pest or disease stress, supporting quantitative analysis and resistance evaluation.

Multi-type plant measurement

Supporting phenotypic measurement of multiple plant types, including gramineous, solanaceous, cruciferous, and leguminous species.
